Islam for Service Providers

A full day course designed from a service provider’s perspective to enable organisations and workers to develop greater competence in working with members of the Muslim community. The course addresses this within the context of the modernising public services agenda and providing quality customer focussed care and is relevant to the public, private and voluntary sector. Given that the Muslim community is one of the largest and most diverse minority community in the UK and Ireland with complex needs and particular patterns of service use then it is vital that service providers are aware and responsive to the Muslim community.
